Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Service Agreement

By using Apex Luxury Cleaning Services, you agree to these terms. Our services are available to individuals 18 years or older in the Oklahoma City metro area.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time
• We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of severe weather or emergencies

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless you have an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed according to the selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean at no additional charge.

Liability & Insurance

Apex Luxury Cleaning Services carries full liability insurance. We are responsible for any damage caused by our team during service. Please report any damage within 48 hours.

Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Accounts are for individual or household use only
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
